Welcome to www.lalaboyshopnow.com (“Lalaboy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or placing an order through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1 Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

2 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.
  • Packaging may vary due to supplier updates.
  • Fresh and frozen products may vary in appearance, size, color, and shape due to natural characteristics.

Weight-Based Products

For items sold by weight: A reasonable weight variance of up to ±10% may occur. Final supply may reflect actual available weight.

3 Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice or cancel orders due to pricing errors. If a pricing error occurs, a full refund will be issued.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made through approved online payment methods available on the Website, including credit/debit cards, online banking, or e-wallets. All transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. We do not store full credit card information.

4 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery is available within selected areas in Malaysia only. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or international addresses.

Risk Transfer & Perishable Disclaimer

Ownership and risk of goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery. For fresh and frozen items:

  • Lalaboy shall not be liable for spoilage, thawing, or temperature changes after delivery;
  • Lalaboy is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address or absence of recipient;
  • If unattended delivery is requested, Lalaboy shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereafter.

5 Returns & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, perishable goods including fresh produce, seafood, poultry, and frozen items are non-returnable unless defective.

Eligible Return Conditions

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival;
  • The wrong item was delivered;
  • The item is defective.

Customers must provide: Order number, clear photographic evidence, and a description of the issue.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 7–14 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Lalaboy.

6 Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before processing. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Administrative or logistic charges may apply.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lalaboy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
